A educação na Constituição de 1988: a família como agente educacional

Abstract

The study it demonstrates to the presence of the family and the Education in all the history of the humanity. The family as educational agent is current, excellent and complex subject. We examine diverse concepts attributed to the education for the doctrine, as the historical evolution; the Education in each Brazilian Constitution; the family as educational agent and the situation of the education and the family today, ahead of the crises faced for both. The main objective of this research is to stimulate the family and, consequently, to acquire knowledge all the citizens as they can and they must be become involved with the Education and contribute, directly, with the educational politics. Still, to foment the culture of social control in this area, through the family as educational agent. In case that the considered work reaches an adjusted degree of depth, it is possible, to assist in the development of new educational politics. It has the desire of a bigger commitment with the education where the family is one of them pillars of the education. We are satisfied, in demonstrating as the family, together with the State and the society can and must contribute in the transformation of the humanity. We believe that it will be possible, we find the be-human being fulfilling its paper in the society, which is, to live with dignity
