<summary type="text">Título: O ESG à sombra do fast fashion: análise exploratória nos pequenos negócios
Abstract: This dissertation examines how small companies in the textile sector, which act as suppliers to large department store chains, deal with the incorporation of ESG practices into their activities, within a context characterized by the dynamics of fast fashion, power inequalities, and growing socio-environmental and governance demands. The main objective was to understand how these companies perceive and implement ESG, as well as to identify the obstacles and opportunities related to this process. In methodological terms, this is a qualitative investigation that uses data triangulation and content analysis, with manual treatment of the collected data. The findings reveal that the adoption of ESG practices does not occur naturally, but rather is driven by external pressures, especially those originating from large retailers, certifications, audits, and institutional support networks, such as Sebrae and Sistema B Brasil. Small businesses face different barriers, with the main ones being financial and structural constraints, in addition to challenges in maintaining practices and certifications over time. At the same time, ESG is also seen as an element that can bring competitiveness, improve reputation, and ensure market presence. The analysis indicates that the implementation of this agenda occurs at different levels of intensity and unequally across the environmental, social, and governance pillars, highlighting tensions between compliance and survival, discourse and practice, as well as between pressure and support. The conclusion indicates that, in the absence of a more equitable distribution of responsibilities and adequate institutional instruments, ESG tends to behave more as a regulatory and reputational requirement than as a real transformation in the fashion production chain

Abstract: The aim of the research is to examine, through an intersectional analysis, the effects of age and gender bias, in order to understand the aspects and factors perceived by workers in the organizational environment and how they manifest in daily work practice. The research adopted a mixed-methods approach, enabling the collection of both quantitative and qualitative data to achieve a deeper understanding of the topic. This allowed for a more comprehensive analysis by integrating perceptions and personal experiences from questionnire with workers, human resource management professionals, and career transition consultants. In this way, it was possible to understand and recognize certain contexts and practices that either support or hinder a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable environment regarding gender and age issues, seeking, therefore, to clarify perceptions, concerns, and challenges surrounding the topic. By highlighting the challenges arising from changes in the valuation of longevity, age diversity, and gender, it is possible to raise awareness and sensitivity to the issue and to suggest implementing social practices and policies that mitigate negative factors and reinforce positive ones within organizations. The research process aims to enhance the corporate social sphere, identify key perceptions, concerns, and workplace difficulties, and combat age- and gender-based prejudice in organizations, aligning corporate practices with best practices for society as a whole

<summary type="text">Título: Capacidade absortiva em empresas instaladas em parques tecnológicos: estudo de múltiplos casos
Abstract: n contexts characterized by high complexity, intensified innovation, and widespread circulation of information, organizations face the challenge of transforming knowledge into innovation, competitive advantage, and economic value. In this scenario, technology parks play a relevant role by fostering interactions among firms, universities, research centers, and institutional agents, thereby expanding the availability and diversity of knowledge within the innovation ecosystem. Accordingly, this dissertation aims to understand how and why firms located in technology parks use absorptive capacity to foster innovation and business growth. To this end, a qualitative and exploratory research approach is adopted through a multiple case study strategy, with data collected from semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The proposed theoretical conceptual model integrates the main constructs discussed in the literature and guides the empirical analysis, enabling an understanding of the mechanisms through which firms identify, assimilate, transform, and exploit knowledge available in the ecosystem. By highlighting the relationship between the development of absorptive capacity and the management of dispersed knowledge in firms located in technology parks, this study contributes to advancing the understanding of organizational processes that sustain innovation within innovation ecosystems. The findings corroborate previous studies by demonstrating that absorptive capacity is built in a relational and contingent manner; that is, it is not uniform and depends on the characteristics of the organizational context, the sector of activity, and the trajectories of the actors involved

<summary type="text">Título: Inovação no setor público: uma proposta de framework com foco em uma gestão sustentável
Abstract: This Master’s degree thesis investigates innovation in the public sector, proposing an organizational framework focused on ustainable development. The main objective is to structure a model that enhances innovation as a tool for improving public governance, enabling agile and sustainable responses to contemporary systemic challenges. The study is justified by the need to trengthen public sector capacity in the face of global crises, increasing inequalities, and demands for greater efficiency, transparency, and social participation. The central hypothesis is that public sector innovation, when structured holistically and integratively, can overcome historical barriers and foster sustainable management, especially when anchored in pillars such as people/culture, nvironment, information/data, and bureaucracy/processes. The research is grounded in classical and contemporary theoretical frameworks, highlighting authors like Schumpeter and Perez, as well as internationally recognized models such as those from PSI/OECD and NESTA. Methodologically, the study employs a systematic literature review, comparative analysis of international odels, and adaptation of these frameworks to the Brazilian institutional context. The proposed framework aims to integrate ndividual, organizational, and systemic dimensions, identifying critical success factors and barriers to innovation, with the goal of promoting a more innovative, efficient public administration aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals
