    <summary type="text">Título: Inovação no setor público: uma proposta de framework com foco em uma gestão sustentável
Abstract: This Master’s degree thesis investigates innovation in the public sector, proposing an organizational framework focused on ustainable development. The main objective is to structure a model that enhances innovation as a tool for improving public governance, enabling agile and sustainable responses to contemporary systemic challenges. The study is justified by the need to trengthen public sector capacity in the face of global crises, increasing inequalities, and demands for greater efficiency, transparency, and social participation. The central hypothesis is that public sector innovation, when structured holistically and integratively, can overcome historical barriers and foster sustainable management, especially when anchored in pillars such as people/culture, nvironment, information/data, and bureaucracy/processes. The research is grounded in classical and contemporary theoretical frameworks, highlighting authors like Schumpeter and Perez, as well as internationally recognized models such as those from PSI/OECD and NESTA. Methodologically, the study employs a systematic literature review, comparative analysis of international odels, and adaptation of these frameworks to the Brazilian institutional context. The proposed framework aims to integrate ndividual, organizational, and systemic dimensions, identifying critical success factors and barriers to innovation, with the goal of promoting a more innovative, efficient public administration aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals

    <summary type="text">Título: Construção identitária no mundo digital: uma análise da influência do marketing nas redes sociais no público infantojuvenil
Abstract: Social media plays an increasingly crucial role in the lives of children, providing early access to a vast digital world filled with learning opportunities. However, this online interaction also exposes boys and girls to a variety of advertisements on social networks. This study aimed to investigate how influencer marketing on social media affects the identity construction of children and adolescents. To this end, themes such as identity formation, social identity theory, the impact of digital influencers and social media marketing, and the role of technology in the identity development of children and adolescents were explored. The research highlighted the importance of understanding how interaction with the digital environment shapes children's perceptions and influences their behavior. Additionally, it emphasized the need to promote conscious consumption and ethical practices in the digital environment, aiming for the well-being and healthy development of this new generation. The study adopted a qualitative approach, using focus groups with children aged 8 to 11 years to investigate their mobile phone and social media usage habits, parental supervision in this context, and feelings related to consumption and identity. The content analysis of the data, conducted with the help of Maxqda software, sought to elucidate the children's perceptions and experiences in this scenario, examining whether digital exposure can generate negative feelings and influence children's identity either positively or negatively. The method included playful activities to facilitate interaction and the collection of pertinent information. The results highlighted that children are exposed to content and influencers on social media, which can shape their values, perceptions, and identity aspirations. The lack of parental supervision and children's discernment in the use of digital platforms intensifies their vulnerability to the messages conveyed by influencers, underscoring the need for guidance from responsible adults

Abstract: The study in question offers an in-depth analysis of the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices on Brazilian companies, with an emphasis on the integration of these criteria into corporate decision-making and operational processes. Exploring how sustainability, social responsibility and ethical governance initiatives are reshaping business strategies, the study highlights the growing recognition of the long-term value of these practices, both for the financial health of companies and the well-being of society and the world. Environment. In view of the above, the study’s general objective is to analyze how the debate on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) affects strategic decisions in groups of business executives. The present study was developed under the paradigm of bibliographical research, aiming to explore how the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) theme has been incorporated and discussed by business executives in their group dynamics. The study concludes that the integration of ESG in Corporate leadership discussions are not only beneficial for the image and positioning of companies in the market, but they are also imperative to ensure the long-term sustainability and resilience of organizations

    <summary type="text">Título: A aplicabilidade do design thinking como ferramenta avaliativa em Organizações da Sociedade Civil
Abstract: The present thesis, which is part of the Strategy and Innovation research line of the Graduate Program in Administration of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, has as its theme the applicability of Design Thinking (DT) as an evaluative tool in Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and involves a case study of the Salesian Province of São Paulo (ISSP), religious institution belonging to the Society of St. Francis de Sales (Salesians of Don Bosco). The choice of this theme is justified by the need to offer third sector organizations new horizons of research on how to better develop the evaluation of services provided by CSOs, considering the application of DT. The questions that guide the research are the following: 1) How do CSOs evaluate the services provided to their beneficiaries?; 2) How can DT be used as an administrative tool for objectification (qualitative analysis) of data evaluated by CSOs? In order to answer these questions, the general objective is to analyze the applicability of DT in the evaluation of services offered by CSOs, and the specific objectives are: (i) to describe and analyze the process of applying the principles of DT in the evaluation and creation of values of the services provided by CSOs; (ii) identify the processes and types of services offered by CSOs through a qualitative analysis of service evaluation; (iii) contribute to the understanding and confrontation of complex problems in the process of evaluating the services provided by CSOs. Methodologically, the qualitative approach applied to a case study is adopted. To obtain the data, a semi-structured interview was conducted with five managers of CSOs belonging to the ISSP, in order to proceed with exploratory and descriptive analysis (data analysis) on the way in which the services are evaluated by these Organizations. Subsequently, the data were transferred to the Maxqda software, to categorize and divide them into groups of similar elements, and later to develop a thematic map. To verify the applicability of DT as a service evaluation, one of the five CSOs was selected. The results reveal that the DT is an adequate administrative tool for the qualitative evaluation of the services provided by these organizations
