Abstract: The following undergraduate thesis addresses the changes that are happening in the market in general, with the improvement and implementation of a lot of technologies, digital transformation, and industry 4.0, which brings several uncertainties for the future. These technologies have caused several social and economic impacts that have been so significant that it is possible to say that we are experiencing the beginning of a new Industrial Revolution, known as the “fourth industrial revolution”. During the development of the work, the opinion of several writers will be presented, as the results of some researches carried out to understand questions about entrepreneurship: What are the motivational factors in the decision to open a business, personal characteristics of those who undertake, factors in the choice of products, services and markets, as well as the likely relationship with the entrepreneur’s Mindset. Also, a perspective of what actions a country should adopt to obtain a culture that directs it to a future of economic prosperity and relevance in the international market. A case study of the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies organization will be presented, where through an interview with the head of TUMO’s international partnerships and projects, we will be able to understand how the organization impacts the new technologies entrepreneurship environment and if entrepreneurial action and the creation of innovative solutions can be stimulated especially from the perspective of the organization in Armenia, a small and underdeveloped country in Eastern Europe

Abstract: Seeking to deepen the discussion about sustainability, as a necessary action to mitigate the impacts that the current model of men's life causes to the planet and society, this work presented a vision focused on the restaurant sector, detecting problems from the actual sistem and deepening concepts involving sustainability, such as the sustainable development goals stipulated by ONU, the model of ESG goals that are starting to be a necessary part of the companies, aspects related to the waste of resources and forms of energy, which are global agendas and are undergoing changes in the sense of giving importance to renewal capacity. In a complementary way, in order to understand the processes and initiatives that permeate the operation of the restaurant supply chain, research was carried out that points out some of the concepts that involve the management of the supply chain, such as the definition of agents, supply processes, logistics, storage and relationship. With this theoretical basis developed, a bibliographic survey was carried out with case studies of four restaurants that focus on sustainability as a personal mission, in order to identify the actions that relate these two themes, such as the supply from local producers with the modification seasonal menu, generation of renewable energy for operation and management of waste and resources, activities guided by the development of R's: rethink, reduce, refuse, reuse and recycle

Abstract: The internet is considered an important milestone in the evolution of technology, as it brings people close, cultures together and directly influences the evolution of the consumer market, in view of the ease currently for quick and practical access in the acquisition of services and products. Organizations have adapted to the context of social networks in order to get closer to the consumer. Although the internet provides several access tools, not all individuals are able to promote themselves on the network to the point of influencing others. A digital influencer is considered a person who has reach, engagement, and relevance, in order to maintain a good audience to the point of conquering his audience in order to exert influence over him. Brands, when analyzing that people dedicate part of their time connected to networks, have invested in opinion makers to advertise their products. The objective of this study was to understand how digital Influencers impact the fashion industry. To achieve this objective, bibliographic research was used, consulting periodicals, books, in addition to digital media, designed as a field study, where a form applied via Google Forms was used as a research instrument, with 67 randomly chosen respondents. Theories related to the theme were used to build the theoretical basis such as marketing, consumer behavior and digital Influencers. The survey results showed that Influencers have a direct impact on shopping behavior within the fashion segment, either through a direct indication, or even in a demonstration of their daily life presenting the products they use
