Abstract: The proposal of this thesis is to know the Other Histories, which narrate the formation of the society, policy, economy, culture and religion of Itapagipe-MG, from another perspective, from those who did not or does not occupy positions that guarantee privilege or power. To know these Other HIstories, it was needed to search for other authors, narrators, to reach other histories and memories. To know the motivations which hushed up the Other Histories, in the oficial narrative of Itapagipe-MG, who were or who are those hushed up people in Our Histories, why their histories were not written, recognized the necessity of literary work or authors who talk with more intimacy with the object of the research and the people involved. The decolonial authors compose the biggest part of the theorical framework of the research, the choice is related to the theme and the people studied, poor men and women, in your majority black people, who were excluded from the Oficial History of Itapagipe. Those people, with more than 60 years old, residents of neighborhood Pito Acesso and the Rural Community of Douradinho, shared not just individual histories, but also of their groups, communities, where they live and their ancestors lived. As well as memories of their fight for survival, sentimental memories and festivities. The recorded interviews has transformed into one of the main source of knowledge of Other Histories which are part of local History of Itapagipe-MG. The written documentation, acquired in the main public institutions of Itapagipe-MG, Files of the Municipal Executive, of the Municipal Chamber and the Parish are the written sources of this research. In this documents, is represented the view of those who had and have the power in the Municipality over the hushed up people and their living places, urban space as well as the rural. The research does not intend to write a new history for Itapagipe, from the denial of all that has been built until this moment, but include other people, other histories and other memories

Abstract: The present research aims to investigate the musical journey of the composer, multi-instrumentalist, conductor, and arranger Moacir Santos (Flores, April 8, 1926 - Pasadena, August 6, 2006) as a historical and organic intellectual figure who, through instrumental music, synthesized the diverse Brazilian cultural nuances, with a focus on the regional rhythms of the Northeast, such as “baião” and “maracatu”, the latter originating from Pernambuco, the composer's hometown. By creating a wholly original aesthetic, reinterpreting “traditional” Brazilian rhythms in symphonic arrangements, redefining the boundaries between classical and popular music, blending rhythmic-melodic intentions with a harmonic approach that oscillates between tonal and modal, and engaging in musical performances that resonate with North American jazz, the maestro's “musical brain” becomes an interpretive key that shifts the historical and musical perspective on the modernization of Brazilian popular music, which had been primarily associated with a particular creative approach: the bossa nova, consecrated by the iconic trio of João Gilberto, Tom Jobim, and Vinícius de Moraes. We seek to understand the processes of inventing the Brazilian national identity through cultural institutions, music critics, and the formation of the popular music field, which began in the 1920s in dialogue with Moacir Santos' musical experience, focusing on the period from 1954 to 1967

Abstract: The present study aims to approach the photographic work of Aurélio Becherini in the city of São Paulo between the years 1900 to 1930. His photographs were widely circulated in the printed media of that period, mainly the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo and the comparative albums of the city. of São Paulo, commissioned by Mayor Washington Luis. The photographs and Becherini made use of iconographic references that preceded and preceded the emergence of photography, such as the first landscape paintings of the city in the early 19th century. Throughout the 19th century photography was very taxable of painting. In order to understand the iconographic roots of representation of the city of São Paulo, and how it influenced Becherini's photographs, the present research seeks to apply the iconographic method developed by the Walburg School, disseminated by one of its main representatives, Erwin Panofsky

Abstract: Romances of love, of the heart, sentimental, pink, of a little woman, sugar water, are some of the terms used to refer to literature that has, as one of its main characteristics, narrating the love story between a couple who fall in love. and face challenges. However, at the end of the narratives, in a sense of completeness, they achieve their happy ending. These different denominations, in addition to referencing them, also characterize the long trajectory of this literature, both in the national and international literary scene. Looking at its historical roots, it is noted that love novels have been produced since the 18th century, certainly with due regard for their forms of production and circulation at different times and places. Therefore, like all literature in its essence, this one carries meanings, whose expressions that were attributed to it, to a certain extent, symbolize them. In Brazil, from the 2010s onwards, new paths were opened for this literary production, facilitated by digital resources, such as publishing platforms and online social networks, which allow authors in the segment to publish and disseminate them in other ways, especially in the cyberspace. This thesis aims to understand the new arrangements that are established in the production and dissemination of love novels in the light of the memories of ten Brazilian authors about their experiences in this literary field. It proposes to think about contemporary digital culture, partly characterized by the numerous electronic devices connected to the internet that promote the virtualization of habits, as the scenario in which the set of transformations occurs for those who write and publish love novels. The authors' testimonies served as a horizon to read this conjuncture of the practices they develop in their literary work, the specificity of their narratives and the autonomous constitution of their field of action. Aspects that configure the transformations pointed out by this thesis. They are, therefore, paths that are beginning to be established for those who write, publish and even read love novels in the present time
